Frequently asked questions
Does the app replace a psychologist, a doctor or addiction treatment?
No. Today, no later. is not a medical device, does not diagnose and does not replace professional help. It can support you every day alongside it. If your life is in danger, call your local emergency number (112 in the EU).
Do I pay every month?
No. You pay once for the topic you choose. No subscription, no auto-renewal.
What happens if I miss a day?
Miss one day and you get an extra task. Miss two days in a row and the course restarts from day 1 – one level harder. Your history stays saved. You know the rule upfront – no surprises.
Who can see my answers?
Only you. Your data is stored only on your device and protected by PIN and Face ID. Lock-screen notifications never reveal your topic.
What if I get a new phone?
You can restore your purchase with your App Store or Google Play account. For now, progress is stored only on the original device, so it does not move to the new phone. An optional encrypted backup is in preparation.
Why is the app for adults only?
Topics such as alcohol, drugs, gambling and pornography, and the tone of the programme, are meant for adults. The app is not suitable for younger users.
Can I work on several things at once?
We recommend one topic for 100 days – focus is part of the method. You can add another topic later.
Which languages and devices are supported?
English, Slovak, Czech, German and Polish. iPhone and Android.
