These terms govern your use of the Today, no later. app. We have written them as clearly as we can. If anything is unclear, write to us.

1. Operator

2. What Today, no later. is

Today, no later. is a private 100-day course for changing one behaviour. It offers daily steps, emotion cards, missions, articles, calming mini-games and other content.

The app is not treatment, therapy or a medical device. It does not diagnose and does not replace a doctor, a psychologist, addiction treatment or crisis support. If your life is in danger, call 112 (EU) or your local emergency number. Crisis contacts are on our Help page.

3. Age

The app may only be used by people aged 18 or over.

4. Purchase and price

• You pay once for each topic. It is not a subscription and nothing renews automatically.
• Payment is made through the App Store or Google Play. You will see the current price including VAT in the store before you confirm.
• You can restore your purchase on a new device with your store account. Course progress is currently stored only on the original device and does not transfer.
• Refunds follow App Store and Google Play rules.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content made available immediately after purchase, this right ends if you expressly agreed to immediate delivery before buying and acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal. Refund requests are made through the App Store or Google Play.

6. Course rules

The course lasts 100 days. Miss one day and you get an extra task. Miss two days in a row and the course restarts from day 1, one level harder; your history stays saved. Answering “Today was hard” never counts as a missed day.

7. Your safety

Do the tasks in a way that suits your health and abilities. If you feel worse while using the app, stop and seek professional help. If you are dependent on alcohol or other substances, do not stop suddenly without talking to a doctor.

8. Liability

The result of the course depends on you; paying for it is not a promise of success. We prepare the content carefully, but we are not responsible for decisions you make instead of seeking professional help. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. Content and licence

The texts, graphics and games in the app are protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them in the app. You may not redistribute or sell the content.

10. Privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy policy.

11. Changes, governing law and disputes

We may reasonably change these terms; we will tell you about significant changes in the app. Slovak law applies, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
